  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Estimated shipping times:

    • Asia: 7–15 business days

    • Europe: 10–20 business days

    • North America: 10–20 business days

    • South America: 15–25 business days

    • Middle East & Africa: 15–25 business days

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control (customs delays, public holidays, local courier efficiency, etc.).

5. Tracking

  • Most orders include a tracking number.

  • Tracking details may take 3–5 business days to update after dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes.

  • These fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pick up from customs, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
